We were stoked to have some pre-production socks in one of our favorite shops – Skaters Advocate – and go figure they were selling already.
Call the shop and see if they have anything left. Make sure you bug John and tell him to clean the windows……
So the production is in place and the new socks are on their way soon here. The Hatch website is going through a facelift here also and the store will be in place. Here is a quick preview of some of the many socks coming to the site and into stores near you!
This weekend we’re heading into one of two rounds left in the West Coast Supercross series. Sitting in 4th place after a 2nd at Anaheim 3 and a string of solid top 5 finishes Broc Tickle is looking to finish the season in the top 3 in points and possibly chase down the top 2 spots.
Look for Broc this weekend on the Star Racing Yamaha as he leads his team with the most consistent finishes this year.

I have been a fan of Todd since I used to follow his lines back in the early 90’s as a mini shred wanna be huslter pro. Mitchell Harrison is on his way to a great finish at Oak Hill this week. His first moto in the 85cc 7-11 stock class has him in 6th place. If he has a solid 2nd moto he can end up with a nice top 5 finish among some inredible competition. Check out the live scoring and timing here – Oak Hill Live Scoring
Mitchell is competing in the 85cc 7-11 Mod and Stock class as well as the 85cc 7-16 Open.
So we made a new friend out at the MAGIC show in Las Vegas and usually we ask our new friends out to the bar or something or maybe hang out at dinner but this time it was a little different. DJ Baby Chino I think probably would have had more fun playing the new Super Mario Brothers with us (and yes actually we probably would also) but the kid is cool and can spin some mad beats. He’s got a great future in front of him as a world class DJ if he keeps up his skills. Check him out on his MySpace page.

Sorry, way off topic here. So the reason for this “immediate release” is to announce some not so immediate news. I mean the news is a few months old but we waited to tell people about it because, well, I guess it wasn’t for immediate release so that makes sense that we didn’t send it out to people.
So here is the news (if you stuck in here this long you must really want to know!)
Hatch Ltd – the most awesome of awesome sock companies is super awesomely proud to announce our team riders that may or may not have been at secret locations so far this winter testing our most incredible and comfortable socks, pimping the Hatch Ltd name and announcing to the world that they are super stoked and stuff like that are Chas Guldemond and Justin Bennee. As some of you may have seen Chas has been doing pretty well as far as contest crushing goes taking two wins in a row in January with the Grand Prix Slopestyle in Mammoth and the Dew Tour win in Utah followed up by a nice little run at Winter X with a Bronze in Slopestyle. Our boy Justin Bennee has been crushing the dreams of little kids who want to be the best urban rail riders out there, filming all over the USA. We spoke with Bennee last night and he is currently on a mission in Minnesota and then a little rest before he heads over to Switzerland or some other secret location. Look for Justin’s signature sock coming out soon, from what he tells us he said it will be all pink.
